Order Processing
Many of our products are made to order. Please allow 2–7 business days for production before your order ships. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, or high-volume periods.

Shipping Times
Shipping times vary depending on the product and destination. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Split Shipments
Some items may ship separately depending on the product type, fulfillment partner, or warehouse location. If your order arrives in multiple packages, this is normal.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CB2RB Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, CB2RB Shop is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or stolen deliveries. If you experience a delivery issue, please contact the shipping carrier directly. We will do our best to assist when possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
