Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition with tags and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return request, contact us at prodeoenterprise@gmail.com. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will work to make it right.

Because many of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for processing after approval. Financial institutions may require additional processing time.
